In case you have been living under a rock or only read my blog and no other (and I am wishing the latter) the CYBILS FINALISTS ARE ANNOUNCED TODAY! Please go HERE! and check it out for yourself. I was quite impressed with the amount of books that are currently in my school library from the list.
Oh and Happy Valentine's Day... if you celebrate that sort of thing.

I'm Just Sayin...

I know about 200 people have already said this, but in case you live under a rock... CYBILS WERE ANNOUNCED TODAY! And I ain't braggin or nothing, but check out the "Nominated by" under the Picture Book Winner... I know I wasn't the first to think of it, but I was the first to nominate it, I'm just sayin. By the way, I hate when people give stuff away, so I am not writing any of the winning books on here, you'll have to check them out for yourself. I think I will leave up the nominated books widget awhile, cause I just like it, okay?

I am so excited to be included in the very first day and I would like to personally thank Mary Lee for helping me IMMENSELY when I first began blogging. She was truly my mentor.
The Golden Fuse Awards by Fuse #8. Hilarious list and starts off right with How to Steal A Dog by Barbara O'Connor as best cover! I totally agree.
My Favorite Children's Books of 2007 by Fuse #8. Do you see a trend here. Yes, I admit it. I am in love with this blog! Elizabeth Bird, You ROCK!
Last, but not least... The Short Lists for Cybils 2007. There were books I read, books I reviewed, and books I've never even seen before. All in all, I would say a pretty nice list.
